Order Your Cabinetry – The Process

Step 1

Explore our services

Get to know our cabinetry lines and services to learn how we can help you. While we’re known for providing great fully- and semi-custom kitchen cabinets, we also do custom cabinets for every part of the house.

Step 2

Compile the details

Our contact form will tell you what details we require to begin. Compiling the following information will help you complete the form and prepare for a consultation with our team:

Choose your paint color and/or wood finish. View our cabinetry brochures for inspiration.

If you have the dimensioned plans for your space, you can share those with us, and we will work out the measurements of your new cabinets. If you don’t have these plans, please take measurements following this quick guide.

Photograph your space
The more pictures you send us, the better! Take pictures of all the details. We request you to name them in a way that explains what part of the kitchen we’re looking at. For example, ‘pantry door, right corner of kitchen’.

Tell us about the appliances and fixtures you have or plan to have in your kitchen. The best way to do this is to share product descriptions and links with us so we can plan your cabinetry well.
Note: If you plan to make any changes to the location of appliances and fixtures, it may require significant plumbing or electrical work. Please confirm with your contractor or remodel team if those changes are possible.

Share your shipping address so we can tell you about available shipping, delivery, and installation options.

Step 3

Fill out our form

Once you have completed Step 2 and have all your information compiled, fill out our contact form. We appreciate all the details you can share – they help us serve you better!

Step 4

Schedule a consultation

Once we review your request, we will contact you to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your style preferences, design/wants, and budget, and answer your questions. Virtual meetings (Google Meet or FaceTime) with Eric Shipe are available at no charge. They can be scheduled here.

We provide 2 options for in-person meetings with Eric:
$125 for initial showroom visits and/or $225 for initial site visits

Once we speak to you about your requirements and preferences, we will prepare an invoice and design agreement and proceed to design your cabinetry.

Step 5

Approve your design and invoice.

We will work with you to finalize your design. For design revisions, choose a plan you are most comfortable with:

  • Unlimited revisions
  • 5 revisions
  • 2 revisions

We offer high-definition renderings at $250 each to help you see what the finished room will look like. This step ensures that the final outcome will meet your expectations. It also gives us a chance to spot anything that may work well in theory but won’t look good in reality.

Be sure to review the measurements, drawings, prices, and parts lists before giving us the go-ahead. Once your order is processed, it is non-refundable.

When you are ready to move forward with the design, you can make the payment, and we will process and complete your order.

Step 6

Delivery and installation

We will notify you when we have an expected delivery date and time. If you chose to have us install the cabinetry, our team will deliver and install the cabinetry for you. If you are installing the cabinetry yourself, we will deliver, unpackage, and hand over the cabinetry to your crew.

All that’s left to do then is enjoy your gorgeous new cabinetry! We’d love to share in that exciting moment with you, so please send us pictures of your kitchen, enhanced by Bath+Kitchen’s cabinetry expertise.
